"Hats off to all the men that got me back on the road the other other day. I was riding with a group of Goldwing riders and me beeing the only Yamaha in the bunch had a problem with my rear tire. I called the service department and was told they had the tire in stock at a good price and would get me in as fast as they could. Worried this might take all day and have to listen about how the Yamaha held up the ride and Not knowing what i was going to get into when I arrived at the shop to my supprise I was warmly greeted and someone started immediately on my tire. I felt like I was a neighbor instead of a total stranger. These gentlemen are true professionals, well managed, and just plain good people. I was back on the road in about an hour and a half and even the Goldwing guys were impressed! Take my word for it if you need help with your Yamaha you can count on these professionals. "My wife and I rode up to Harrison Arkansas for vacation to ride some of the great roads you guys have.
The second day we were there I noticed the front tire on my 2008 Honda Goldwing was really cupping badly. I went to the Harrison Honda Dealer to see about getting a new tire installed. They had no tires that size and made NO attempt to find me one. The (Honda Dealer) then refered me to Yamaha of Harrison, who carried a better stock of tires. You had 3 different make of tires in the size I needed.
I then called the Honda Dealer to see if they would install it for me. They continued to make no attempt to help me.
That is when Adam stepped up and said he would get it installed for me. I was in and out within one hour.
The tire really made a difference for the rest of our trip and we also encountered an hour and a half of pouring rain on the way home to Ft. Worth.
Thanks to Adam and all the guys at Yamaha of Harrison for seeing about us when Honda wouldn't.

"We were on a week long vacation in the area. I discovered how quickly you can use up brakes here, and had to get a set. No problem, in, out, parts on hand. The next day I was looking at my front tire and decided to come on up and see what you had available. Not only did you have the tire I wanted in the size I needed, but you took care of the install right away! I was in and out in less than an hour. The best part was the price was lower than I would have paid my local dealer for the same service. Some places will take advantage of an out-of-towner but not Yamaha of Harrison. Thanks guys for a great experience!"

"Ken is the greatest. He spent lots of time on many different visits to put us on a bike that fits our needs and fits me. Greatest all around service I have ever experienced whether it be car or motorcycle sales. All of the staff is friendly, courteous and very hospitable. "My wife and I were on vacation in Ridgedale, MO and unfortunately had a minor bike mishap. Our Roadstar wasn't really damaged but needed some tweaking to get it to proper running order. Where we were staying in Ridgedale, people there suggested the Yamaha dealership in Harrison, AR. I "Googled" the dealership (by the way, really easy to find on the Internet, so thanks Peter), and we rode to Harrison. We figured that it would be hours before they could get to us, but they made time for us right then, even with their busy load. They got our Roadie back to running order, and you can't tell that there was anything wrong with it.
I appreciate these people at Yamaha of Harrison, AR, especially to Eli, Ken, and Peter. Thank you guys; we really appreciate your professionalism, your expertise, and just your becoming "friends" while we were waiting. Again, thank you, and we will be seeing you again. "

All of you are very friendly and professional.
Eli, thanks for setting up the service before I left MN for AR. Doug, great job on the oil and filter change, and replacing my Metzeler Z6 tires with Michelin PR2's after riding to Harrison from MN on my FJR 1300. You treated my bike like it was your own, and it shows. Your dealership is the first one I have encountered in my many years of riding bikes that did not scratch the rims all to heck while replacing the tires.
I will highly recommend your dealership to anyone who needs service while in the area, and will not hesitate to have service performed on my bike when in the area again.
