"My wife and I were on vacation in Ridgedale, MO and unfortunately had a minor bike mishap. Our Roadstar wasn't really damaged but needed some tweaking to get it to proper running order. Where we were staying in Ridgedale, people there suggested the Yamaha dealership in Harrison, AR. I "Googled" the dealership (by the way, really easy to find on the Internet, so thanks Peter), and we rode to Harrison. We figured that it would be hours before they could get to us, but they made time for us right then, even with their busy load. They got our Roadie back to running order, and you can't tell that there was anything wrong with it. I appreciate these people at Yamaha of Harrison, AR, especially to Eli, Ken, and Peter. Doug, great job on the oil and filter change, and replacing my Metzeler Z6 tires with Michelin PR2's after riding to Harrison from MN on my FJR 1300. You treated my bike like it was your own, and it shows. Your dealership is the first one I have encountered in my many years of riding bikes that did not scratch the rims all to heck while replacing the tires. In 1976, Bud Bieschke opened Yamaha of Golden in the small town of Golden, Missouri. For ten years, Bud established a loyal customer base from his friendly service. In 1986, Bud decided he needed to expand his business to support his wife, Rona, and three children. An opportunity arose and Bud responded by moving his dealership to Harrison, Arkansas. With time, his business increased steadily with more and more satisfied customers. Soon Bud and Rona's two boys, Adam and Eli, began helping out with everyday responsibilities. As a new age in business was developing, Bud began to let the boys take some control of the business. With time, Adam and Eli expanded the business and allowed Bud to grow closer to retirement.
The Bieschke's goal for Yamaha of Harrison has remained the same for over 30 years: "To give people quality products and service with customer satisfaction always being our top priority."
